Task two for my Forum related duties! As part of an affiliation effor with another forum, I was given the task of drawing fanart of its owner as a barganing chip. the guys kind of famous in that comunity I thnk, and I realised halfway through drawing this he featred in one of my favorite webcomics once! so ive taken extra care with it, just in case.
As for the caption, i dont get it either. Its aparently an in-joke of somesorts.
