Recently I watched a rather awsome Film called 'City of lost Children'. Its a a very bizzare, dreamlike setting with a steampunk feel to it set in the slums of some unspecified city.
Anyway, I was listenening to the theme tune a few days later on youtube and my sister thought she heard an ice cream van. "It must be one scary assed ice cream van, then!" I thought, and then it gave me to the idea to make this XD I tried to make the creepiest looking ice cream van I could manage, sort of 'child catcher' creepy. Anyway, I can recomend that film; its in french with subtitles, but it also has Ron Perlman so I'm sure that makes up for it. Comments

 The ice cream van that used to drive around our old appartment only came out after sunset!  ...and we only saw it once...it was always just around the corner...-- This song is good [link] XD  Interesting. the animiation is very good however the avn itself dosent look that... creepy? not to me anyway, however the head sticking out the window is good. if not a little... almost laughiable prehaps? dotn get me wrong, tis better then what i do but meh x3
